I basically purchased this boat over the phone with Keith trusting that when I got there it would be exactly as described and ready to go! Boy did they meet my every expectation. I Had them make some upgrades before I arrived. Boat looks absolutely awesome and was ready a day early so I could get back on the road for a long trip home! My brother & I did our research and decided on purchasing an Xpress H20 Bay. I dealt with Hayden and he was a professional throughout the entire process. I was most likely a pain in his rear wanting to get my boat sooner than was possible. But, he kept me in the loop as much as possible. When the boat was ready he was prompt in telling me so we could book airline tickets. We picked up our boat and the whole team at Smith was awesome. We meet Keith who was very nice and it was a great experience. We made the drive back to Las Vegas with our boat and every time we stopped for gas we had compliments on how good the boat looked. Can't tell you how awesome the purchase experience was with this company.

Greatest buying experience I have ever had! Keith the owner is an HONEST and Professional businessman! Love this guy... He had the right boat for me at the right time... I felt Keith was a good man over the phone and I decided to purchase the boat after my short but detailed conversation with him. My wife and I drove down from Atlanta, very nice trip by the way and when we arrived Keith had a professional detail wash & wax job just finishing up as we reviewed the boat! it was perfect!!!! It match my truck so well that Keith even excused himself from his other customer just to tell me "Mr Woodhouse" this boat was meant for you and man was I thinking the same thing! See my picture! Now when I got it home minor and things beyond Keith's control happened with the boat. Let me tell you Keith was available to me at all times of the day... After speaking with Keith Smith, I special ordered a VEXUS AVX 1880 and took delivery in May. Folks, this is one "fantastic boat" and Smith Motors is what we referred to in corporate America as "WORLD CLASS". Courteous, honest, easy to deal with, boat structured the way I wanted it, and at a price we could easily agree upon. Fair for both parties.

Well worth the 500 mile drive and a great people to deal with, I will definately buy from them again.

We were looking into purchasing a used boat and a friend recommended we looks at Smith Motor Company. Well low and behold after speaking with Mr. Keith on the phone we decided to make a 3.5 hour trip to Hattiesburg. We were greeted upon arrival and treat with the up most respect all the way through the process. We purchased a brand new Xpress H22B from Smith Motor Company. From the time we arrived through singing the paperwork and all the way through the walk through of the boat . We were treated with kindness and respectfulness I have not seen in a long time . They took their time to answer any questions we had and always followed with a yes sir or no sir . It was well worth the trip form south Louisiana to purchase from Mr. Keith and his family at Smith Motor Company !

I want to take a moment to say thank you to Keith, Hayden and all the crew at Smith Motor Co. I just picked up my brand new 2021 H22 Xpress Saturday and went straight to the water with it. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BOAT and it performed flawlessly!!! Keith and crew had several challenges to get the graphs and trolling motor in and installed in time, this corona stuff that tried to get in the way but these guys got it done in a big way!!! This is my first boat and my first experience with Smith Motor Co but i promise it will not be my last!!! Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with GREAT, HONEST people who will treat u right from start to finish!!!
